All too often I hear coaching clients who spent hours, or even days writing out their yearly goals and then nothing happened. Looking back, it could be that the goals just didn’t feel right or were out of alignment with what they truly wanted. Or nothing happened because they never checked back in on their goals to see if they were on track.
