The school year is coming to an end and it can feel like the to-do list continues to grow. Balancing life events and planning a summer vacation, and your practice can be A LOT! This is when I tend to get that overwhelming feeling and it can either be motivating or more times than not, cause me to freak out more and freeze and hide! You are not alone, others like me have that feeling of being overwhelmed too.
